Privacy policy

PoolCzar (poolczar.com) is operated by Goodin Technology Solutions LLC. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and — most importantly — what we will never do with it.

We do not sell your data

PoolCzar does not, and will not, sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason. Creating an account does not give us the right to sell your data, and it never will.

We only share what's necessary to run the service — and nothing beyond that without your consent

To operate PoolCzar we work with a small number of service providers — for example, a payment processor to handle checkout, or a shipping carrier to deliver an order. We share only the minimum information those providers need to do that one job, under agreements that prohibit them from using your data for anything else.

Outside of those operational providers, we will not disclose your personal information (including your email address) to anyone outside PoolCzar unless you explicitly opt in first. Signing up for PoolCzar does not enroll you in any data-sharing arrangement by default.

What we collect

Account information (email address), order history if you use the store, and content you post yourself (forum posts, event RSVPs, tournament rule sets). We use this information only to operate PoolCzar — running the store, tournaments, and forums you've chosen to use.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use PoolCzar (for example, which pages get visited). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes information like your IP address and browsing activity on this site. This data goes to Google, subject to Google's own privacy policy. We don't use this data to identify you personally, and it isn't linked to your PoolCzar account.
